Otis Regrets is a Brooklyn based duo. Formed in the early fall of 2008, it is the first collaboration between
Tosso Hettinger and Anne Bernstein. Combining funk, soul, jazz, latin, pop, rock and electronic music,
the duo creates a vast melodic landscape.

Brooklyn based composer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist TOSSO HETTINGER
was born in Augsburg, Germany. Since the mid-nineties he has been performing, writing and recording music with
some of NYC's best jazz, funk and underground musicians.

Hettinger performs regularly with the NYC-basedCuban band Grupo Irék and the singer and percussionist
from his band are also featured on the soundtrack for Otis N' Dwayne. He formed Otis Regrets when he began
recording the music for Otis N' Dwayne with his wife, Anne Bernstein.

Otis Regrets: Music for Otis N' Dwayne is Hettinger's second film project-
he recorded several songs on the upcoming feature Mango Tango.

Ever since she was a small child, musician and producer ANNE BERNSTEIN has favored creativity over convention.
Despite her absolute boredom with school and books and all, she somehow survived her childhood and adolescence.
After studying fine arts at Bennington College, Bernstein spent several years in Europe. Her first stop was Berlin.
Germany had recently reunited and the once divided city was brimming with creative energy. From there, she headed down to a
small village in Switzerland where she studied painting. Bernstein returned to the United States at the end of 1996
and moved to New York City where she promptly met and married Tosso Hettinger.

For their first colaborative effort, Music for Otis N' Dwayne, Anne and Tosso created a soundtrack that exploits to the fullest
both Hettinger's extensive musical background and Bernstein's fly-by-the-seat-of-her-pants creativity.
